We are seeking an experienced and talented Staff Frontend Engineer (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will work on a variety of projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch software solutions.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (Angular preferred).
- Define technology roadmaps and best practices for front-end development, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
- Optimize web applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
- Ensure clean, maintainable code following Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles.
- Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and enhance system architecture.
- Lead and mentor frontend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
- Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
- Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js (Angular preferred).
- Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end performance optimization.
- Experience working with backend technologies and APIs.
- Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
- Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience with full-stack development and API integration.
- Knowledge of modern build tools and testing frameworks.
- Background in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
- Understanding of microservices architecture.
- Proficiency in at least one strongly-typed language: Golang, Java, or Kotlin.
