We are seeking an experienced and talented Staff Frontend Engineer (m/f/d) to join our dynamic team. As a key member of our engineering department, you will work on a variety of projects, collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver top-notch software solutions.


Your Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop responsive, high-performance user interfaces using modern front-end frameworks (Angular preferred).
  • Define technology roadmaps and best practices for front-end development, ensuring scalability and maintainability.
  • Optimize web applications for speed, accessibility, and cross-platform compatibility.
  • Ensure clean, maintainable code following Clean Code and Clean Architecture principles.
  • Collaborate with backend engineers to integrate APIs and enhance system architecture.
  • Lead and mentor frontend engineers, fostering a culture of technical excellence and innovation.
  • Participate in Agile methodologies, including sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.


Required Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in front-end development, with at least 2 years in a technical leadership role.
  • Strong expertise in modern front-end frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.js (Angular preferred).
  • Solid understanding of responsive design, accessibility, and front-end performance optimization.
  • Experience working with backend technologies and APIs.
  • Proficiency in version control systems like Git.
  • Familiarity with cloud services (AWS, GCP, or Azure) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.


Nice to Have

  • Experience with full-stack development and API integration.
  • Knowledge of modern build tools and testing frameworks.
  • Background in CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
  • Understanding of microservices architecture.
  • Proficiency in at least one strongly-typed language: Golang, Java, or Kotlin.

  • The minimum salary for this position is € 68,000, overpayment possible depending on qualifications
